Silicone
Sealants
Ranges of silicone sealants available ex stock in a variety
of colours. Our low modulus silicone is highly recommended
for most roofing and cladding applications.
Firefoam
Both hand held and gun grade available ex stock as well as
cleaners, applicators etc
EPDM Tape
4mm x 10mm x 10m rolls of self adhesive white EPDM strip
sealant for sealing laps and rooflights. Other sizes available
special order.
BGI
Expanding PU Foam Sealants
A precompressed sealant, made of impregnated permanently
elastic fine cell soft polyurethane foam, which expands
slowly and evenly to provide a seal against wind and driving
rain. This product can bridge extreme joint tolerances
whilst maintaining a water tight seal when compressed to
at least 33%. It is compatible with all current building
and sealant materials and is paintable. Approved to DIN
18542 and 4102

Insulation
Hangers
A range of self adhesive insulation hangers for the vertical
hanging of insulation materials of various thicknesses
to a wide range of surfaces.
Profiled
Foam Fillers
A range of fillers for sealing roofing and cladding profiles
against dust, water and water vapour ingress.
Although a small stock is kept of the more common profiles,
fillers are normally manufactured to order to suit your given
profile and particular application in large or small flute,
dependant on whether filling at eaves or ridge. Raking cuts
can also be supplied to fit either hip or valley, left or
right hand to suit the required angle. If
profile is unknown, fillers can be made given the following
information:
Cover
width, pitch, crown and valley widths, and profile depth.
Fillers are available in standard black or white polyethylene and also in EPDM
Profiled foam fillers are also available vented.
With a typical life expectancy of over 15 years for the
polyethylene and over 20 years for the EPDM dependant on
conditions and with a delivery normally within a week from
order there is no better way to finish a job off.
Lead
Mate
Specially formulated as an alternative to mortaring lead
flashing and sheet into brick, stone and concrete, providing
a fully waterproof joint that will not shrink or crack.
Roof
and Gutter Sealant
Premium quality bitumen based sealant and adhesive that
provides instant permanent weather proofing to a wide
variety of roofing
applications. Adheres to most common roofing materials
such as bitumen, asphalt, felt, metals and wood.
Stixall
Ultimate combined building adhesive and sealant with
the power to both bond and seal virtually everything
to anything.
Water resistant and can be applied to wet surfaces.
Evercryl
Resin based fibre re-enforced roof repair compound, which
is effective on all common roofing surfaces giving
an instant roof repair even in the wet and on wet
surfaces.
With instant
waterproofing and its resistance to algae and fungal
growth it’s a must in any roofing contractors
armoury. Evercryl will bridge small cracks and normally
only requires a single
coat.
Black
Jack Flashing
Range of self adhesive flashings with a natural lead
look finish.
