A range of self tapping masonry anchors which tap their own thread into masonry or concrete. Available with either a 5/16" standard hexagon washer head, (which can be washered and colour capped) or a phillips 3 recessed countersunk head. Blue ruspert finish for superior corrosion resistant which also helps distinguish them from other standard screws.
Boxed in 100s with free masonry drill bit, (available with free SDS hammer drill bit per 250 on larger quantities) are easily installed with a standard drill, and because there are no plastic plugs or re-alignment to consider, and the high consistent pullout values obtained, are an ideal method of fastening in numerous applications.

Anchor Choice
Build up + Penetration (minimum 25mm) = fastener length
In hard rock concrete too deep a penetration will cause excessive
torque
Installation
1. Pre-drill 3/16" diameter hole (minimum 6mm deeper than
anchor penetration)
2. Drive Anchor
Typical Applications
Batten/counterbattening to underside concrete floor slab,
window/door frames, wallplates, signs etc.. Brackets for
handrails, ducting, aerials, trunking etc.. In fact anywhere
a fixing to concrete or masonry is required.
Manufactured from high grade carbon steel and case hardened. Ruspert coated. The unique thread design gives exceptionally high holding power in concrete or brick materials.

For on site pullout testing please contact sales.
Pullout tests can be arranged depending on location and given suitable notice.
Tests carried out with gauges manufactured to BS EN 837-1 1998
All figures are average test results and are ultimate failure loads. No safety factor has been used.
Not suitable for light weight block.
